Employee fell in walmart? Need your advice?

I was working as a cashier. Another employee placed a box of bags right behind me at the register.I was assisting a customer and backed up to help the customer and fell knees first on the floor. I fell so hard I could not move. After a few minutes of sitting there I could finally move. The customer went to customer service and got help. The employees came & called a manager. She stated he was upset. It took him awhile to come. (10 min)By that time I got up. I felt a knot on my knee..when the manager came he didn’t want to file a report. The csm said I should go home if I felt pain. Due to swelling I went home. What should I do?


If you dont file a report right away, walmart is not liable for injuries caused. You made a mistake not reporting. Now all the bills are on you.
