How do i find a seasonal job overseas for the winter?

I’m from NY and am so sick of snow and need a break from it this up-coming winter. I would like to get a working VISA and go to South America, or Australia, New Zealand… As long as it’s WARM!!! But I have to idea how to go about searching for this seasonal job. Do I apply for a job online? Do I just hop on a plane and go? Help!!?!
