Whats the best area to find an affordable home under $75,000 and has good jobs?

i currently reside in central NC , i am looking to move and open to suggestion. i am currently a personal trainer but im looking to get out of it, i also have management experience , i just wanta good paying job and my own home…i also run an online business (just getting started)…please advise… thank you!


I bought my house for $70,000 and it is 3 bedroom 1bathroom with 2 living areas and 2 dining areas. It’s about 1200 square feet in a very quite neighborhood in the suburbs of Tulsa, OK. I believe that there are good jobs available here too!!!
