Can I work an Tim Hortons if im 14?

okay im 13 right now but im gonna be turning 14 in september. i live in toronto right now and i was wondering if i could apply for a job at tim hortons at the age of 14. Will i have a smaller chance of being accepted just because of my age? I really want to make some extra money so i decided this job would be good. And i don’t really have experience, except just helping out in my school’s cafetria and serving food, does that count? also, anyone who worked or still works there..was it hard to apply and get accepted?


You can work at Tim Hortons at 14, but some stores will be hesistant to hire you because of your age. They need to know you can work evenings and have sufficient availability. They’re not usually the most picky as far as the people they hire so you’ve definitely got a shot. But apply at a few stores near your house in case one doesn’t hire you perhaps the others will. They hired me when I was 13 but I couldn’t start until I was 14.
