Being a Maths Tutor – can i do this?

basically, im thinking of putting an advert in the local paper/online/in tescos offering maths tuition so i can earn a bit of money on the side. i am currently at uni doing a maths degree (at end of 2nd year). id be looking to advertise as a private tutor for key stage 3, GCSE and A-Level. The thing is, i dont have any actual teaching qualifications as such (like PGCE), so am i legally allowed to tutor maths or would i be breaking the law? Or can i advertise as a maths tutor seeing as i know a lot of maths? Im in the UK btw.
