How To Get Job Online?

I am currently working as a freelance web designer but what i have heard is that they pay very much less as compared to original rate. I am not sure but have heard. on www.odesk.com. Standard rate for web designer is 10$/hour. Can anyone tell me where i can find jobs with standard pay? I want jobs not only for web design but for other categories too. Thanks in advance.

It depends. once you done some work and build your reputation you’ll be able to bid for more or buyer will likely to recruit you than others.Thats true what people say now this freelancing becoming a place for cheap labor since it depends on the bids I’ve seen some of the people bid for less than one $ even.That will create a huge issue and also most of the time others will get outbid.But if you maintain a good relationship with companies they will hire you.again.
