Which home workout program should I order?

Which at home workout DVDs have worked for you? P90X? Insanity? Or an entirely different program?

I’ve done both and they are both great, but NOT for beginners. Beachbody has other programs geared for beginners if that’s what you need. Otherwise, I recommend P90X – it’s a more well rounded program. Good luck!
