Can anyone tell me how to earn money via online?

I hate the way I earn in bestclicever even I didn’t get yet the money. Because when I have read one topic of its forum it’s said there if I earn 4000 B dollars it will be divided by 2000 and how much will i earn? so short :P I want to earn big because I have needs. I’m just 15 years old. I don’t want scams… also not just PTC but if you can suggests like selling things you can suggest,,, please help me ^^ also I lived in Philippines :D
